• Well stayed here Mother's day. Found hotel online drove to exact location about 12noon. Spoke to front desk the young lady explained to me that if I check in early it would be an additional charge. Agreed to check in later, my husband and I got to the hotel about 10pm. We checking when the lady tell us we have to pay a deposit when I asked deposit that was not told to me earlier. Then she wants my ID fine she makes a copy. Then my husband asks are you going to give us the copy of the ID at check when the little short man speaks up and say no. Then my husband proceeded to ask where is that in the policy. The gentleman pulled the policy and that was not the policy. Long story short this place is not professional and our overnight stay was ugh. Will not stay at this location again.

The rooms were clean, and neat. Staff was nice, and friendly. I also enjoyed the "free" breakfast. I can appreciate that they do not allow animals! It's getting ridiculous that people expect to bring their dogs "everywhere" now! Not all people enjoy being around animals, and especially other people's animals. I would definitely stay at Wingate again because of the "no pet" policy!
